Who we are
An award-winning brand studio of seasoned experts driven by fresh ideas and relentless curiosity.
We approach each creative brief with the same inquisitive mindset from our design school days, but with the confidence gained from decades in the industry.
In the art world, the red dot is a marker of desire and intent.
Something has connected so strongly with someone, they want it in
their life – to own it. So they put a red dot on it.
Our name represents our drive to create brands that people want
in their lives.
What we do
We build brands through strategy and design that’s easy to understand and hard to forget.
We design for the real world. From brand creation, strategy and activation, to brand guardianship and everything in between.
How we do it
We live and breathe creativity of all kinds, celebrating the best in the industry and beyond. We drill deep into the culture of brands and believe development and craft is just as important as the initial spark of an idea.
Our logo is how we measure our work. We distil, sharpen, shape and collaborate until we’re confident it will deliver results.
The Team
We are a small and agile team with a thirst for culture and creativity.
The curious minds of our core team are our driving force, supported by a wide network of the best in the industry.
Here’s a snapshot of who we are and what we’d put a red dot on,
if we could choose just one thing…
Sam - Co Founder & Creative Director
Sam worked for many of the world’s biggest brands at leading global agencies prior to setting up Red Dot Studio.
‘The Monkey’s Dream’ illustration would be his one chosen Red Dot – a reminder of childhood days sketching at London Zoo with his greatest influence, artist and printmaker; his mother.

Christian - Co Founder & Creative Director
Before setting up Red Dot Studio, Christian spent the majority of his career at Turner Duckworth crafting some of the world’s most famous brands.
Christian’s ‘all-time Red Dot’ would be the simple perfection of Robert Brownjohn’s graphic wordplay – inspiration for some of the best logos of the last 50 years.

Angus - Designer
Angus has been with us since day one, having previously worked at Pearlfisher.
He’d give his Red Dot to twentieth century design legend, Alan Fletcher. Fletcher believed “design is not a thing you do. It’s a way of life”. What more do we need to say.
Find out more about Fletcher’s influence on the industry here.
Hannah - Designer
Hannah joined us in 2022, bringing her expertise from the digital advertising world.
Hannah’s Red Dot would be culture house Dazed Magazine. Renowned for redefining the concept of beauty, a melting-pot for music, fashion, art and underground; they’ve delivered some of the most powerfully striking covers of all time.

Nancy - Senior Account Manager
Nancy has been running projects for 10 years for the likes of Google and YouTube, before joining Red Dot in 2024.
Nancy loves Le Corbusier’s mastery of form and function, blending human proportion with intentional design. Each piece of furniture, interior and architecture are worthy of a Red Dot.

James - Designer
James joined the team in 2025.
A big fan of timeless storytelling, his red dot would be Nick Park’s Wallace & Gromit. What began as a humble graduation project evolved into a claymation classic – proof that a simple, relatable, and deeply human idea can take on a charming life of its own, one stop-motion frame at a time.
Luc - Designer
Luc joined Red Dot Studio in June 2024 for what was meant to be a two-week placement, staying on for eight weeks and returning as a junior after graduating from LCC in 2025.
His ‘all-time Red Dot’ would be the Lego brick – a system of infinite possibility shaped by a single unit. Designed to connect, adapt and evolve, it’s proof that the simplest ideas often have the strongest foundations.
Polly - Head of Strategy
Previously Client Services Director at leading London agencies,
Polly has 19+ years agency experience creating and building brands. She now focuses on business and brand strategy.
Polly’s red dot would be NYC’s High Line. Destined for demolition,
the community rallied to transform the wasteland into a public park
overlooking Manhattan.
Find out more about the High Line’s history here.
Lucy - Non-Executive Director
As well as working client-side, Lucy has worked for world-leading brand agencies in London, Amsterdam and the Middle East;
building brands across consumer and corporate sectors.
Lucy’s Red Dot would go to the Hermés flagship store in
Amsterdam – a bold reimagining of the traditional shop front, every
detail has been meticulously and eco-consciously considered.

Tim - Visualisation Director
With 25 years in the industry Tim’s worked on Heinz, Wagamama, Absolute and Nivea.
You couldn’t physically put a Red Dot on Tim’s inspiration – mother nature herself, in all her weird and wonderful glory!
Terence - Head of IT & Systems
Terence has worked in IT and tech for over 25 years for finance and marketing businesses.
Battersea Power Station would win his Red Dot, for its clash of old brick and modern glass structures – a symbol of our capital’s history and regeneration through the ages.
